This High-Priority Service is available to clients who:

    •    Receive regular in-home care or nursing visits

    •    Require scheduled medical treatments (e.g. dialysis, chemotherapy)

    •    Have limited mobility or other conditions that may necessitate urgent access to transportation

    •    May need ambulance access at any time

 

Service Details

Clients who qualify will receive:

    •    Top-Tier Priority: Your property will be among the first cleared after any snowfall.

    •    Pre-Storm Monitoring: We will monitor weather forecasts closely and, when possible, clear in advance of appointments.

    •    24/7 Emergency Access: In the event of an emergency, we will respond immediately to restore access, weather permitting.

 

Client Responsibility

To maintain accurate records, we ask that clients:

    •    Inform us in writing if medical needs arise during the season.

    •    Provide details of scheduled care visits, if available (we don’t require medical documentation).

    •    Ensure vehicles and access areas are kept clear of obstructions to allow for efficient service.

 

There is no additional charge for this service—it reflects our commitment to community care and safety.
