Q: How do I sign up for snow removal services?

A: You can sign up by calling us, emailing us, or filling out our online quote request form. We’ll discuss your needs and get you set up for service.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We provide snow removal services in Otter Lake and surrounding communities. Contact us to confirm if we cover your location.

Q: Do you offer one-time plowing services?
A: Yes! While we recommend seasonal contracts for guaranteed service, we do offer per-visit snow plowing depending on location, and amount of snow (Automatic service trigger for any combined accumulation of 10cm or more). Rates will vary.

Q: How will I know when my driveway has been cleared?
A: If requested, we can notify our customers via text or email after service is completed.

Q: What happens if there is a major snowstorm?
A: We prioritize our contracted customers and will work continuously to keep driveways and roads clear.

Q: Do you offer flexible payment options?
A: We certainly do! Contact us for details.

Q: Do you provide sanding services?
A: Yes, we offer sanding to help prevent ice buildup and improve traction. This can be added to your snow removal plan, or can be offered as a one time service (fees will vary).

Q: What’s the difference between the Standard and Premium Snow Removal Packages?

A: Both packages include full-season coverage starting November 15, service dispatched at 5cm of accumulation, driveway markers, flexible payment options, and regular updates. The Premium package is ideal for those who want faster response times, early-morning clearing, and extended seasonal coverage.

Standard Service (ends April 1):

  • Service within 24 hours

  • Text or email service alerts

  • Municipal plow ridge removal

Premium Service (ends April 15):

  • Faster service: within 12 hours

  • First pass by 7am

Q: I have a gravel driveway. Does that create any special circumstances?

A: Yes. Gravel roads and driveways require a "packing - period" (1 or 2 small accumulations)  to create a frozen base and help prevent our blowers from throwing gravel into unwanted areas.
